Ltd.), is a joint venture established by the Wuhan University of Technology and I. M. Skaugen SE, in March 1998. WSTC is licensed to undertake outward labor service cooperation by the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China, based on the abundant labor resources of Hubei province and the advantage of base of our holding company, I.M. Skaugen marine services Pte ltd. in Singapore. WSTC mainly offers the following labors: 1, technicians Including carpenters, welders, bricklayers, Butchers, cooks, drivers, nurse and skilled workers in other industries like construction industry and so on. 2, we established cooperation with some technical secondary school in Wuhan, we also have labor resources like waiter and other workers. WSTC belongs to Wuhan university of technology and have good relationship with other universities in Hubei.
