青岛三山碳素有限公司成立于1991年，是国内早专业化生产砂光机用石墨润滑布的厂家，注册商标为“碳星”牌，于1999年获得专利（专利号：99254758X）。

公司拥有青岛市石墨润滑技术博士工作站、青岛市高新技术企业、青岛市木工机械协会战略合作伙伴、中国机床工具协会涂附磨具会员单位、中国林业协会会员单位等。获得中国涂附磨具行业“突出成就奖”、中国林业协会“出口商”等荣誉称号。

我公司主要产品有：标准型（GC）石墨布；重型（HD）石墨布；快装式石墨布压磨板（专利号：ZL 2017201682153）；自粘型石墨布；弹性复合石墨布；琴键砂光机毛毡衬带；进口及国产砂光机羊毛毡、弹性衬垫、压缩海绵（发明专利：ZL 2017101405808）；软布砂带用天然乳胶海绵轮等，砂光机行业的专业配套产品。

现拥有自主研发年产20万平方米石墨布生产线三条(专利号：ZL 2016109379309);目前国内先进的布基处理生产线;专用胶粘剂生产设备，生产四个系列的产品，强力石墨布HD型、标准石墨布GC型、柔软石墨布SF型、不干胶自粘石墨布SB型。

 “碳星”牌石墨布为国内70%以上砂光机制造和使用厂家、砂带转换厂家提供配套服务，并出口至日本、越南、马来西亚、台湾及欧洲、美洲等国家和地区，与国际早生产石墨布的美国PEC公司达成战略合作伙伴关系。
