本公司经过3年的设计制造开发，于2009年7月7日在广东雷州奋勇华侨农场内试制成功了一条年产3万立方（2台多层热压机串联式设备工艺布置）的高密度纤维薄板生产线成套设备。同时也研发成功新一代绿色环保（无甲醛释放量）的配方工艺。薄板产品通过了广东
省湛江市质量监督检测所检测，各项指标达到了高密度检测标准，甲醛释放量，穿孔萃取
法Mg/100g，2.5。低于欧州标准的甲醛释放量：Mg/100g，5。
