our equipments are advanced and fully furnished. we mainly used imported equipments, for our mold with excellent quality, such as: cnc lathe machining centers, cnc edm, cnc wire cutting(wire edm), cnc punching, cnc milling, stamping, bending, welding and other high precision metal processing equipment.
we have engineers with experienced in years of research and design, and technician for years of manufacturing aluminum extrusion. to ensure the quality of the mold we use the import of japanese steel, which meet the requirement of the domestic aluminum extrusion enterprises which to the difficult molds with high power density on the teeth and high-precision. our molds are widely exported to thailand and indonesia and other southeast asian countries. we have the best system for management, the annual molds is reached a total of more that 10000 sets.
