原料的選擇
為了品質的穩定,針對電子用輥的原料,一率採用日本進口膠料以及歐美進口輔料,從原料開始把關,選擇也Zui適用的膠料,佐以穩定的加工條件,提供客戶Zui優良且穩定的產品.
About material
All the raw material are imported for the PCB and LCD roller, we inspect the quality of raw material, choose the best and suitable raw material with the stable producing process to provides the good quality product.
成品的檢驗
成品輪具出廠前必須經過真圓度、真直度以及平行度的尺寸檢驗，以及針對材質硬度以及粗糙度的檢驗,成品出貨時會出具檢驗單據,為客戶提供的品質把關.
Product inspection
We inspect the roller dimensions about concentric、spherical、parallel and straight,and rubber hardness and rough, we also provide the inspect sheet, to provide the best and stable quality.
（2）在預縮毯的生產領域,獨步台灣的APOLY擁有超過30年的專業技術,尤其面對嚴峻的愈縮工藝趨向高速高溫以及高壓,APOLY特別研製合成橡膠預縮毯,徹底改變了普通天然橡膠預縮毯的缺點,面對天然橡膠無法克服的劣化快速、開裂以及融黏等缺陷進行全面的改造,卻又保留了天然橡膠的柔軟及高度延展性,也具備了合成橡膠的耐高溫、高撕裂強度、高耐磨性且更適合於高速運轉,直接的延長使用壽命,減少停機次數,生產效益可達極致。
