采埃孚一拖（洛阳）车桥有限公司为第一拖拉机股份有限公司与采埃孚（中国）投资有限公司共同出资设立的中外合资企业，公司位于河南省洛阳市西工区汉宫西路 16 号，注册资本为人民币 28,300 万元 ，主要从事农业机械车辆驱动桥的产品研发、应用工程、生产、装配及销售业务。采埃孚（中国）投资有限公司持股比例为 51%；第一拖拉机股份有限公司持股比例为 49%。

采埃孚一拖（洛阳）车桥有限公司控股股东采埃孚（中国）投资有限公司为德国采埃孚集团于中国成立的一间投资性公司，为德国采埃孚集团的全资子公司，主要负责德国采埃孚集团的区域投资及中国境内新产品、技术研发等，并为所投资公司提供市场信息、政策咨询以及产品的境内外销售服务等。截止 2013 年 12 月31 日，德国采埃孚集团资产总额为 119.7 亿欧元，资产净额为 41.65 亿欧元， 2013 年度营业收入为 168.37 亿欧元，净利润为 4.62 亿欧元。
