Our beer is made entirely by hand in smallbatches at our brewing facility just outside of Beijing. Our beer is always fresh and unpasteurized. No preservatives, no chemicals, just delicious craft beer proudly brewed in Beijing. Slow Boat Brewery has 17 different beers, including three that are in bottles, and can befound in over 50 of Beijing and Shanghai’s finest restaurants, hotels, and bars. We have ten core production brews that are brewed all year long, with new seasonal and experimental beers regularly released to keep things interesting! Our Taproom, located on Dongsi Batiao Hutong, is where you can sample the largest selection of Slow Boat beer. We sell a changing array of anywhere between 10 and 20 core and seasonal brews along with our award winning burger menu and an exceptional Sunday brunch.

You keep things running smoothly when the Manager is off, and make sure customers are happy and service standards kept high.
