银河资源有限公司Galaxy Resources Ltd 是一家整合锂矿，化工和电池生产于一体的，在澳大利亚所挂牌的上市公司（代码GXY)。总部位于西澳大利亚佩斯。
银河全资拥有在西澳大利亚的凯特琳山项目，现场开采并加工生产锂辉石精矿，满负荷产能为每年十三万七千吨锂辉石精矿，副产品钽精矿的年产能为每年五万六千磅。银河资源计划全资收购加拿大上市锂矿企业Lithium One 以获得魁北克James Bay的锂矿和阿根廷的Sal de Vida盐湖资源。
银河锂业江苏有限公司为银河资源的全资子公司，将银河的锂精矿运至苏州张家港工厂加工成碳酸锂，工厂设计产能为一万七千吨电池级碳酸锂，首批碳酸锂产品已于2012年4月产出，银河锂业江苏有限公司是中国境内第一家全自动碳酸锂生产工厂，已经与中国13家主要锂电池正极材料制造商及日本三菱商社签订了长期销售协议。
Galaxy Resources Limited ("Galaxy") is an Australian-based global lithium company with lithium production facilities, hard rock mines and brine assets in Australia, China, Canada and Argentina. The Company is an integrated lithium mining, chemicals and battery company listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (Code: GXY) and is a member of the S&P/ASX 300 index.
Galaxy wholly owns the Mt Cattlin Project near Raventhorpe in Western Australia where it mines lithium pegmatite ore and processes it on site to produce a spodumene concentrate and tantalum by-product. At full capacity, Galaxy will process 137,000 tpa of spodumene concentrate which will feed the Company's wholly-owned Jiangsu Lithium Carbonate Plant in China's Jiangsu province. The Jiangsu plant has commenced production and will produce 17,000 tpa of battery grade lithium carbonate, the largest producer in the Asia Pacific region and the fourth largest in the world.
Other projects of Galaxy include Sal de Vida (70%) lithium and potash brine project in Argentina situated in the lithium triangle (where Chile, Argentina and Bolivia meet) which is currently the source of 60% of global lithium production; a lithium-ion battery plant of producing 620,000 battery packs per annum for the electric bike (e-bike) market and James Bay () Lithium Pegmatite Project in Quebec, Canada.
