我公司还取得韩国POLY-CON公司的中国总代理权，该公司生产的有机半导体铝箔固体电解电容在克服有机半导体耐高温性差，不易加工的不足之外新开发的产品，其原理为新的有机半导体在加热溶解到某一个特定时间时会冷却固化为多结晶块，多结晶块再转变到再结晶化的初期时有机半导体会恢复导电性能。此类的有机半导体俗称为TCNQ化盐，可以加热溶解，具有很好的高导电性能、温度稳定性及耐高温性等良好的电气性能。
