深圳市软讯信息技术有限公司于2005年成立，是深圳市政府认证的高科技企业和软件企业，总部位于深圳高新南数字技术园，是公司总部和研发基地，在北京设有商务代表机构，在武汉设有研发分支机构。
公司一直专注于电信增值业务技术的研究和开发，特别是在移动通讯信息技术领域拥有核心技术，先后开发了多项自有知识产权的项目，成功应用于中国移动、中国电信和中国联通，以及海外的运营商市场。公司一直致力于为电信设备制造商、电信增值业务系统集成商和电信增值业务运营商提供技术的软、硬件开发平台、业务系统，目前已成为业界知名的电信增值业务平台提供商和业务合作服务商。
自2005年成立以来，业务稳定增长，并积累了稳定的客户和渠道资源，包括北京移动、华为、中兴等。近3年，公司的销售以30%的增长率在逐年上升，2015年销售额965万元，2016年随着与华为合作的海外市场（东南亚、非洲、大洋洲以及南美）的业务拓展，预计销售翻一翻，达到2000万以上。
公司现有人员30人，80%为项目研发和实施人员，其中项目研发团队12人，项目交付和实施团队13人，其中博士1人，硕士2名，其余为学士学位或大专学历。
