ruize is one of china’s leading enterprises in chlorinated rubber production which was established in xiangshui district, yancheng city off the yellow sea in 2002. at present, we hold an annual chlorinated rubber production capability of more than 2000 tons with products viscosity from 5mpa.s to 300mpa.s and get high reputation from customers in home and abroad.
with years’ study and research, we have solved successfully two technological problems long-existing in chlorinated rubber industry of china.
1. we have developed independently and successfully “technology of chlorinated rubber production with new solvent method” which fills the blank of chlorinated rubber production with the phaseout of ctc solvent technology. the new technology has been put into production since 2007 with an accumulative production amount of more than 4000 tons and high quality of the products gains us wild recognition from customers.
2. we have developed independently and successfully “chlorinated rubber production technology with controllable product viscosity” which ends china’s chlorinated rubber production history of no products with extremely low viscosity (≦5mpa.s) and super high viscosity （≧50mpa.s）. at present, we could satisfy customers’ different demands to produce chlorinated rubber with viscosity from 5mpa.s to 300mpa.s.
